Great product. Short cable but work well enough to boost more than one car. Also can be used as a 12v power for phone recharging with out using you car battery.

I bought this booster because my auto mechanic could not determine why my battery kept going dead despite being newly replaced and testing good. It was a lot cheaper than paying him to replace things one at a time until he stumbled on the true cause. It's light weight, leak-proof, and simple to use. So far I have only had to "top up" the charge once in about a month of daily use. I am planning to order these as Christmas gifts next year for other family members to keep in their cars.
They make a more powerful version, but this one seeems to have plenty of oomph for repeated use.

I have owned this item for only 2 years. Have used it about 6 times. Battery pack won't jump, can't charge with the wall charger. Was told by technical support at the company that if I didn't charge this every 90 days - which is NOWHERE on the packaging, battery, etc. - that the unit would fail, and a replacement battery for the unit is $85 for a reconditioned one.
This is what's wrong with America - nobody stands behind their products!
