i used this drill bit to drill through my unibody frame on my cherokee XJ. I used a liberal amount of cutting oil and it did a good job. It's actually a very sharp bit and it would snag or catch. I got around this by going at the steel at high speed. It was a bit pricey but it's a good bit that i'm sure i'll be using again.

The Gigaset Bluetooth Gateway is the perfect solution for me. I ditched the phone company, but have a set of house phones I wanted to be able to pair with my cell phone. So long as my cell is within 10' of the Gigaset, and an extension of my home phone system is plugged into the gigaset, my house phones ring when the cell rings and I can pick up any one of the extensions. I can also pick up any extension at any time and get a dial tone, dialing out using my cell phone service from a house phone. The system also works well with my Panasonic Digital Cordless phone set. It has exceeded my expectations, sound is crisp and clear. We can pair up to three cell phones with the Gigaset and each will give a different ring pattern to the home phone system. What a wonderful and practical solution!!

Have bases with 3 wireless phones and a digital answering base. Connected the Gigaset to the main base and all 4 worked. Got rid of Vonage (highly recommend them if you can't do this) to save around $300 a year. Also changed my cellphone number to my home phone number so now friends and family only need to remember two phone numbers for us.

The raves about the iPhone are correct. It must have a more powerful Bluetooth chip because the second my wife enters the garage her Gigaset light comes on in the kitchen. My Sony/Ericsson Walkman has to be a least 12 feet or closer. But it's exciting to get rid of one more tether to the corporate world.

It was easy to setup and worked right away!!!


Siemens GIGASET ONE Review by Clinton Murray (Midwest)

The Gigaset One linked perfectly to my ancient Motorola L2. It links from as far away as my attached garage, so by the time I place my cell back on its charger two feet away it is ready to go. I see that some have had a problem getting it to work, and I did too at first. When all else fails read the cell phone manual. Duh! I had never linked anything to my cell before so the process was new to me. I thought it was enough to just turn Bluetooth on, but I discovered I had to also go to the "Handheld" tab and tell it to connect to the gateway.

I have mine set up to work with my landline and wireless phones. I needed something so that I wasn't missing cell phone calls. When I am home I do not have the mobile on me and unless I am in the same room with it I don't hear it ring. I have tested it and it rings all the wireless phones. I run the landline to the Gigaset One and from there to the wireless base/answering machine. The answering machine will pick up for the cell after the usual limit of rings and I can screen or answer my cellular calls from any of my wireless phones. I like that I can check messages from the answering machine and not have to call voicemail. By default, it puts a 1:, 2:, or 3: in front of the caller ID number so that you can differentiate which cell was called. If you have the number and name programmed into your wireless, then caller ID displays the name also.

I had a friend call me to check the quality. The result was that there was no difference in quality from my regular landline, either for me or the caller, and I much prefer talking on my more comfortable wireless with its better sound quality. It works well with and does not interfere with my landline service. I am now questioning why I need to keep my landline and might not much longer.

One problem with it is that the Gigaset One Wizard to update it crashes on Win7 64-bit. I also have a 32-bit Win7 computer and I was able to update it from there. When you run the Wizard you will get an option to download XLink's XWizard (which does run on Win7 64-bit) and update it to an XLink BTTN for $25. Siemens is no longer supporting the Gigaset One, so that choice could make sense if this doesn't work well with your latest model smartphone. XLink made the Gigaset One and it is the same shell as the XLink version. The only difference is the currency of the software inside. With the update you have the latest software and essentially an XLink BTTN. Considering how much more that one costs it makes sense to buy the much cheaper Gigaset One and upgrade for $25, as long as you can buy it cheaply enough. New ones are selling very cheaply at you know where. Starts with an e. (My seller shipped same day. Sellers at that site are more motivated to ship quickly than are Amazon partners.) You'd have to be able to buy a BTTN for $59 to equal it. You can download the XWizard directly from XLink if you can't run Gigaset One Wizard.

There are at least four different listings here for Gigaset One and they are physically all the same as far as I can tell. It might be the only difference is whether there are later versions of the software installed, but once you have updated it I expect they are all the same. It would be helpful if they were all grouped under one heading, but I will post this review at all so this information won't be missed. Amazon asks what would you have wanted to know before you purchased, and this is the information I would have liked to have had. I took a chance and bought it and it worked as well as I had hoped. I didn't need the upgrade to get mine to work, but I can't verify that for other phones.

Many people use this product as insect control for fleas and other pest.

I spent hours on the internet looking for crib bedding that was both cute and affordable. This design is super cute, and the colors are bright and easy to match when finding accessories. However, the quality is definitely reflected in the price! There is NO WAY this set actually sells for $179. Target's Circo bedding seems to be of better quality and is comparable in price- perhaps not for all 10 pieces, but really I don't expect some of the pieces to last or be of much use- especially the diaper stacker which will most likely rip once it is filled with diapers- the valances are too short to cover the windows, the baby pillow is a suffocation hazard, the fitted sheet is paper thin and scratchy... so really, other than the pattern, you are getting cheaply made bedding:(. Loose threads everywhere so hopefully the whole thing doesn't unravel if I keep it and start clipping off the loose pieces!! Another bummer is that you can't find extra pieces that coordinate anywhere online- so if you have three window and the valences happen to fit, you will still be short one and not be able to find any extras!! (Note: After writing this, I noticed that a part of the design wasn't even attached to the quilt- essentially, the stitching didn't actually attach the cloth design of the boat to the quilt... definitely sending it back!)

My son is 20 months and I was looking for bedding for our next baby. I was looking at other SoHo patterns and saw that a lot of the comments mentioned poor quality so I looked up the bedding we already have to check its review (to see if I should put any stock in these other negative reviews). I was shocked to see negative reviews for the Noah's Ark set. As I said my son is 20 months and we still use the comforter (washed several times and still looks great), sheet (not poor quality), pillow (on his change pad not on his crib), valance, toy holder and skirt. My ONLY complaint was that the ties on the bumper pad tore as my son used the bumper to pull himself up (I'm sure this would have happened with other bumpers). I used the diaper stacker at first and it certainly held lots of diapers, I just didn't see the need for it as I have a diaper caddy next to the change table. I am very fussy about quality and would highly recommend this set. I have seen other more expensive sets my friends have purchased and don't find them any better than this one. I'm honestly not sure what people are expecting when they say the quality of this set is poor, I think it's wonderful and have never regretted this purchase! Happy shopping!

When I recieved this box, I was a little concerned because it is fairly shallow, but once I installed the subwoofers and put it in my 2002 Avalanche I was amazed! This box sounds great, gives outstanding bass and fits like a glove under the back seat. This was a great buy for the price and I am thrilled with it!

The item came in the mail in box that was perfect size and easy to take apart. The speaker box slid right in place under my seats with a perfect fit. Hole size for my 10" JL W0 speakers was perfect but the only issue I had was there were no screws that came with either the box or the speakers but other then that everything was as it was described and fits perfect.

Had to return the initial laptop because of dead pixel(s). RMA was fast, painless and free. Unfortunately, the replacement also had the same problem- but not as obvious- so we kept it. After removing all the trial junk that comes with a new laptop, am very happy with the purchase and price. Screen is huge, widescreen and bright. Would def buy again- but watch out for those dead pixels!!

I bought this with a 2 year extended warranty. When I got it home from the store it was broken reading that it was over heating. I brought it back and they said they only would take it because I bought the warranty. What? That was "Office Depot".

Then while moving here to Hawaii it had the same problem: over heating and would shut down seconds after the message. I had no means of saving the data on the HD. I asked Toshiba to save my data, it was my office away from home while in a hotel. I was NOT warned they were going to format my HD. I lost everything for them to just replace a fan... Whatever.

Now, I face the "blue screen of death". Many phone calls and demands to speak to an American (not out sourced India or Philippines), I was sent a box to return it for the third time to be repaired. I was told the "lemon law" only applies to the SAME problem 3 times, not three different problems.

I just returned from UPS and it's on it's mery little way back to them to temp fix it again until the next time. In the end, I'm sticking with my iPad (which I'm using now) and bought on Amazon a 750GB external WD HD. I will never again store anything on that laptop. Easy for them to say "ensure you back everything up" and then sell an external HD for it. If it was made properly in the first place, there wouldn't be a need for backing everything up for when the Toshiba L555 breaks...... And it will break.

As Southern Sweet Tea drinkers (and yes, it is capitalized)we make a gallon or more of tea every day. This kettle has revolutionized our tea making, as it boils a full kettle in 3-4 minutes flat, and that is starting with cold water. Lesser amounts of water are heated in mere seconds.

The kettle appears to be of solid construction. I bought one for my mother about four years ago and she still uses it every day. The newer colors are a great improvement, making the kettle attractive enough to be left on the counter top. However; it is conveniently sized and light weight enough to be stored for future use.

If you want to save money on your electric bill, this is a great investment that will surely pay for itself rather quickly.

I'm a long time tea drinker and I needed a new tea kettle. I wanted one that didn't have a cord and heated water to boiling very quickly.

When I spotted this red kettle, I immediately purchased it and have been very pleased with its performance. I use this kettle several times a day every day and it has not failed in the least. It heats a full kettle to boiling very quickly and efficiently.

I use the water for teas, instant coffee, jello, oatmeal and soups.

There have been some comments by other reviewers about it being noisy and that the handle is uncomfortable and awkward. I have not had any trouble gripping the handle or handling the kettle. Also, I have not noticed any noise while it is heating except for when it is close to boiling ... then you do hear the water moving around in the kettle ... but that would be true with any kettle reaching the boiling point.

I love the cheerful red color and while I have been using this kettle for a couple of months now, all I have done is wipe the exterior down with a clean dish cloth and the finish is still shiny and bright red.

While I have a couple of other kettles for steeping tea and other uses, this one is my favorite and it is used all the time.

I highly recommend this kettle to anyone interested in it. I also thought the price on this kettle to be very reasonable.

I found this mirror while staying at a Hyatt and I had to have one for myself. It is a bit pricey, but it is the perfect size and magnification for cosmetics and grooming. The image is clear the whole way around, from corner to corner, and the entire face fits perfectly so I could really see what I was doing at all times. Using this mirror made it a lot easier to apply make up and shape eyebrows, etc. I'm actually surprised it's only 3x mag bc it seems higher. I got the chrome, it's shiny and very sleek looking, and the tilt handle keeps it clean from fingerprints. Due to it's concave and one sided design I will have to keep a regular (zero) mag hand held mirror on hand too, but I think it's worth it.

Yes, I believe that if I keep trying I will eventually get to return this but you can be sure I will buy the replacement item, which will probably cost at least double what this costs, from a different seller. (I have a really busy job, my wife has a really busy job, and we do not have time to follow up and follow up and follow up something like this.)

My fourth baby is coming in a few months. Baby #3 is still in a crib so we needed another one. I love that this crib wasn't extremely expensive and comes in a variety of colors. I found it originally on Kohls website and then checked amazon who was a lot cheaper. I trust Kohls stuff, so I felt comfortable with purchasing this without seeing it in person. Plus all the reviews were great on it.

We ordered this crib, in white, several months ago before our 3rd child was born. Since this was our 3rd (and last) child we didn't want to spend a lot of money on a crib. We just wanted something sturdy and affordable. After having used this crib for 3 months I can definitely say that we love this crib. The white crib makes an adorable crib for a baby girl, although I would say it looks even cuter in person. It was fairly easy to put together and I really like it much better than the old drop-side crib we had with our 2 older children. To go with it, we bought aSealy Soybean Foam-Core Crib Mattress which fits perfectly in the crib.

I ordered this crib for my new baby. I was able to put it together very easily. I didn't even need my husband to help- I put it together while 9 months pregnant with a little help from my 4 year old son. It arrived very quickly and in good shape. It was much easier to put together than the old drop-side crib that I had for my first son. It looks nice when assembled and seems quite sturdy. It was also very cheap, which is great when you can't afford an expensive crib, but still want something that is safe. I am very satisfied with this crib.
